I was referred to Interiors Plus by a friend. I couldn't be more satisfied with their service. Doug, the owner with 30 years experience, came out and measured for us. He recommended visiting Arizona Tile when the granite we were interested in wasn't available. He was the only person out of three businesses that came out, who got back to us with an estimate,and referred us somewhere else to look for granite.

Our contractor did the demo work and Interiors Plus coordinated everything with him. When we went to the showroom to pay our deposit, Chris showed us options for the edges and answered all of our questions. He was a wonderful communicator, mostly through email which worked best for us.

The granite installers were very nice and did a terrific job. They cleaned up after themselves and took great pride in their work. We were dreading the process but Interiors Plus made it so much more enjoyable. Every person we dealt with was so friendly, knowledgable, and professional. I highly recommend them!

Chris, Doug, and Ivan blessed us with the most beautiful shower and bathtub. It was better than we could have dreamed of. All three of them are experts in this field. Ivan was a perfectionist with our custom tile request. Chris, Doug, and Ivan were so impatient with us through all of our questions and special requests. Had such a great experience with Interiors Plus. I went to several flooring companies nearby to look at flooring options, compare prices, and speak with the store owners. This place stood out to me because of their reasonable/good prices, clean/organized office, variety of options, and very informative and friendly owner Chris.

Being a newbie to the world of flooring, I appreciate that Chris was helpful in explaining the different kinds of carpet and vinyl options, which helped my decision making process easy. Getting an estimate was quick, even when I changed my mind a few times and needed revised quotes. Chris' professionalism and friendliness made communication feel easy. He was always quick to respond (email or phone) or give updates on any delivery delays and was very accommodating when I had specific requests.

Within 2 days, they replaced the old carpet in 2 bedrooms and stairs and also the vinyl flooring in my bathrooms. The installers were quick, friendly, and professional.

My floors look beautiful and I'm very happy with the outcome!
